Postage within Australia
1) For all orders under $150 our standard shipping & delivery cost is just $9.95
2) For all orders over $150 standard shipping and delivery is FREE.
When will my product be sent to me?
Once payment has been received in full we will despatch your products on the next available postage run, usually same day if order & payment received before 1pm on that day (excluding weekends & public holidays)
How long will my order take to get to me?
Currently our orders are shipped via AUS Post and can take anywhere from 1-3 business days from day item is despatched.
** If the shipping location is to a Rural area please allow up to 6 business days to receive your order.
Bigger Stronger Faster assumes no responsibility for products that are lost or broken during transit.
Bigger Stronger Faster does not take out insurance on the orders postage unless expressly requested by the customer.
If insurance is requested any extra cost incurred as a result of such insurance must be covered by the customer.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once payment in full has been received your order will be despatched and you will receive a further email confirming your tracking number and that your order has been despatched.
If for any reason we cannot despatch your order, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail within 3 days of ordering to offer alternative purchases or a full refund.
Day of Delivery
In the event that no person is at the shipping address to accept delivery of the order when it arrives:
- The delivery driver will leave the order in a safe place if such a place can be found; or
- The delivery driver will leave a card in the letterbox advising that the order will be redelivered, or that the order is available for collection from a local shipping outlet.
Acceptance of Orders
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Bigger Stronger Faster reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. We will communicate this to you at our first opportunity and without hesitation.
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you received an incorrect product, faulty product or incorrectly described, we will offer you an exchange or full refund.
